Service agent was courteous, but his communication skills did not provide me with logical scheduling sense. First told me that my problem would have a two day turn around. Past the two days, he was talking about two weeks to get it scheduled. Talked to service manager Robert Saunders & he was very professional & courteous & was able to better explain the complexity of my mechanical situation. Shop had to order parts, but considering the heavy backlog, my car was fixed in a timely manner. Thank you very much Mr. Saunders!

From start to finish I had a good experience working with Bill Estes Ford. I found the 2 trucks I was interested in on CarGurus and contacted you all through them. My salesman Steve Angle was great from contacting me via phone to our meet in person. The finance guy (can't remember his name) made the final touches a breeze. They ended up have to replace my windshield so I have not got the truck yet but they are supposed to bring it to me when it's fixed and that shows a lot about the customer service as me being 3 hours away. The only thing I wish for was more room for negotiating. And free hats for customers.
