Satisfied will Bill Estes Ford as my dealer and the service they have provided. Bummed that I have had as much trouble with both my 2018 Fords. Ford Flex was purchased brand new and has less than 10,000 miles currently. (thank goodness we don't drive it much) 2018 Ford F150 had a well-known vacuum leak on the 4 wheel drive causing grinding of the gears. I had to pay for that fix out of pocket. Well known that the timing chain wears out causing excessive noise and had to pay for that fix as well. Two weeks without my truck and it only had 64,000 miles. I feel bad for the service guys having to make these calls to the customers.

Very quick and efficient.

Tyler had worked with me before and was very friendly and got my problem fixed in one hour. I had diagnostic work done over a year ago and the problem was getting worse. I thought I would drive to the dealership and see what the cost would be and when could I get it repaired. The cost went up less than $20 and he could have a tech start on it right away. I was very surprised and happy. It was repaired within an hour and I was on my way! I have always been treated fairly and with respect by Tyler and everyone else.

They performed my oil change faster than they thought, plus checked everything over as I requested. Great customer service every step of the way.

Great service that hit time commitments. rather surprised the techs missed 2 wiper blades with rubber parts hanging off the... no note to replace... oil change was great though

Zane was absolutely on top of it. Friendly- kind- and even though delivering additional work needed when I was only there for an oil change- he seemed genuinely concerned about my safety!
