The service dept was very busy but they got me checked in quickly. My wait was reasonable for the oil change and tire rotation and they checked out my car and found no other service problems. Check out was quick and I received a 10 percent military discount.

When i brought my ford in for service i was told that the 100,000 mile service would be $417 and any extra if anything came up with the inspection. Well when i got there i was told by the technician that the online pricing was not correct. I told him that i had called to verify the costs and was told this was correct. The Technician was very helpful with getting the pricing more in line with what i was told. We also talked about how pricing online should be correct and if not then put that disclaimer on the website. In the end i was very happy with the service i received.

I appreciate first of all being able to set my Appointment online to save me time. I was waited on in a very professional manner. My car has over 100,000 miles and I wanted to get the Ford recommended repairs. There were a few repairs that did not need to be done and the Service Advisor reviewed them with me. I updated a few other items, but really appreciated the Professional ism from the beginning to the end. The ladies at the front desk, the young man that took me home and picked me back up to retrieve my Ford Escape all treated me like "Queen Granny P". Queen Granny says Thank you.
