The service dept was very busy but they got me checked in quickly. My wait was reasonable for the oil change and tire rotation and they checked out my car and found no other service problems. Check out was quick and I received a 10 percent military discount.

Facility was clean, Sean was not pushy, staff jumped in to help even though we were waiting for Sean, and overall impressed with first time buying a car with the Bill Estes brand.

We stopped by early Wednesday morning and we’re greeted at the door by Cheri Eden’s. She took us out to the vehicle of interest and let us take it for a test drive. She was very helpful and generous.
