Zane was awsome in taking care of the repairs I needed done. I had went to Belle tire for tires got he tires and they said I needed rack and pinion and left pallbearing need to be replaced it would cost me $2600+. and I would need this before they could align my wheels. I told them I would get back with them. I then call Bill Estes and asked for a quote on the same work. Zane let me know at that point that it was more likely that the rack and pinion was very expensive and he didn't feel that was the problem since I wasn't having any problems with my steering. I then decided to bring my car to Bill Estes and let them examine my car. There was nothing wrong with the rack. They replaced the tire rod and the left bearing. They saved me $1600+. It doesn't get better than that. Thanks Zane and the mechanic that worked on my car, JOB WELL DONE. Very Satisfied Customer.

Three things keep it from a 5 star experience. First, I thought it had been smoker in and when I asked the salesman told me all he could smell was a chemical that the detailers use. After buying it and changing out the cabin filter it was evident it had been smoker it. Second, the detail department did a terrible job on delivery of the truck. I actually had to drive it back to them and gave them clean up what looked like a melted chocolate bar between the driver seat and console. Third, once the sale was finished I was handed over to an assistant who showed me how everything worked and when I got ready to leave I went to shake the salesman's hand and he just waived and said he was busy with another customer. Besides, these three things it was a good experience.

I was never able to get to the dealership to test drive or look it over. Your salesman Shaun Mcnally arranged to have brought to me to test drive.Then all paper work was done from email or over the phone and at delivery. That also was delivered to our house. I rate you very high and will going to you for the next car or truck.

Mitch Dotson was a great sales person to work with. Good communication along the way throughout the Bronco delay and he stayed late to sort out the paperwork along with some other Bill Estes folks so I could take delivery of the Bronco before I headed out of town for a few weeks.
