While the work to be done was described before it was done and I believe it was done (hard to check an alignment on my own), I was disappointed by the condition of the car when it was returned to me. The driver's seat was significantly further back and somewhat lower than when I brought it in. I appreciate that there are not preset settings for the seat, but there was an obvious difference from where things were when I brought the truck in. In addition, the passenger seat was in full recline and was close to all the way back from the dashboard. There was also some water in the cup holder although that may be from a leaky seal on the windshield. On the whole, these are not big problems, but it was disappointing to sit in the bay and try to get the truck back to a state where I (and a passenger) were comfortable. Sincerely, Mark Kannowski

My visit, as always, was pleasant. My service writer, Tyler, was, informative and helpful. In addition to my oil change, I had messed up the trailer plug in. Tyler evaluated it and came up with a resolution. I always enjoy coming to Bill Estes, folks are friendly and kinda make ya feel like family. Always a good visit. I had an appointment to have my oil changed. I was there on time. It was 2 hours before my car was ready. I think 2 hours is too long of a for an express oil change.

Until this used vehicle that I purchased over 2 years ago from bill estes, I have always gone for the cheapest, fastest service I could find. I have been told, " don't get work done at a dealership, way too expensive." My experinces here have been, and continue to be, amazing in every way. Easy to get in fast, accurate diagnosis of any problems, efficient repairs and/or maintainance, fair costs, and awesome staff from the folks on the phone to the service guys who meet you at the door, to the gals behind the desk! I cannot say enough for the detail, honesty, and clear explanations from the service coordinators who give so much information and answer my questions with their invaluable knowledge of their craft! Most recently I was late getting my EXPLORER in for routine season change check up. Turned out that after the routine maintainance, some things needed more attention, and I will be returning to take care of those things very soon. Zane in Brownsburg, took his time to answer every question I had about parts needed, why, and what was going to be best for my particular vehicle. In fact, he was above and beyond when I asked him to treat my vehicle as he would his own, making sure that it would be ready for what this winter might have in store for it and to see to it that I would be as safe on the road as possible. I do not doubt that when all is done, I will drive out feeling very confident that my car is in top shape!!! Thank-you, Zane, the mechanics, and everyone at bill estes in the Burg for winning customer experiences!!!!!! YOU ALL ROCK!!!!!!

Always friendly and informative. They were super busy but kept me updated and let me know when it would be ready. Phone person is always so nice too.
