The day of the sale was great! Mike was personable and professional and found the right car to fit my needs and budget. However, it's now 3 days after the sale and the car won't start. Hopefully, Bill Estes Ford will be helpful and professional after the sale too.

My wife and I love our new Bronco Sport. It is well optioned, drives well and serves our needs perfectly. In addition, Mike Parham, Dustin McAfee, and Brian Weddle all worked to make it the perfect deal. We could not be happier with the purchase.

The service department performed as they should and kept us informed on the process and final repairs. The Sales Department and Warranty group with Ford should be ashamed of themselves however. Their lack of transparency, failure to follow-up is egregious. Ford needs to look into waiving the diagnostic and programming fees for their BLM as well. Comes across as scheme to generate revenue as opposed to a feature/value proposition.

When i brought my ford in for service i was told that the 100,000 mile service would be $417 and any extra if anything came up with the inspection. Well when i got there i was told by the technician that the online pricing was not correct. I told him that i had called to verify the costs and was told this was correct. The Technician was very helpful with getting the pricing more in line with what i was told. We also talked about how pricing online should be correct and if not then put that disclaimer on the website. In the end i was very happy with the service i received.
