All good other than the price keeps going up!

The services provided were fine. Frustrations were with customer service and condition of car upon pickup: 1. I was contacted by customer service that my car was ready; however, I had just a few mins prior authorized additional services to be added. I authorized these additional services in less than 10 mins of the request. Found it hard to believe that $270 worth of additional services had been completed in 10 mins. I had to tell the customer service rep who didn't bother to wait more than 10 mins or check to see if I'd responded! 2. When the shuttle came to pick me up he was given an old address. No one asked if my information was current at drop-off. This should be a standard question! 3. I didn't discover until the next morning that my lights had been turned off. Imagine my frustration at 7:20am while driving my child to school that the navigation screen was blindingly bright causing distractions while driving! It was only when I arrived at the school that I discovered my lights had been turned off. This needs to be a post-service check for every vehicle!

Bill Estes goes above and beyond the requested service, and does it right. Service's i hadn't thought of, Comfortable waiting room with several amenities like coffee, bottled water, snacks. Car washed. Nobody does it better.
