I am disappointed that it was not pointed out to me that this car did not have a garage door opener in it the salesman explained how to sycrnize the garage door opener with this car BUT this car does not have a remote in it....This salesman lied to me....he should be ashamed for taking advantage of an elderly woman...I am 82 years old and trusted this salesman to get me a car with all the necessary items.

It was a warm welcome and Mike Starnes was very helpful; it felt like I had known him before my visit. The guy at the finance office too, (can’t remember his name) is a great guy with a sense of humor.

The entire process from start to finish was smooth and professional. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and have never had an experience go as well.
