I am always very satisfied with the service at Bill Estes. My last visit was due to low tire pressure. My tire was repaired and I was on my way.

I really appreciated that Bill Estes service was willing to drive me home while car was being serviced, even though I was outside the usual mileage area they usually service. The also came and pick me up when service was completed. It allowed me to get my new tires in a timely manner.

I had a coolant leak on my Mustang, I took it into the service department, I spoke with Casey, he had his mechanic Keith diagnose the issue, both are great at their jobs, Casey handled the extended warranty paperwork and I picked up my car the next day, almost a week now and no issues. Great job easy to deal with, I highly recommend this dealership and both of these individuals.
