We usually get a new Ford truck every 2 years. This was our first experience buying a truck from this dealership. Our experience there was great. Everyone was very nice and friendly.

I normally run into the typical issues when purchasing a vehicle, but not this time. The experience purchasing from Bill Estes Ford was unlike any other car buying experience, I’ve ever had. The vehicles I was interested in, were ready to test drive when I got there, the trade-in process was simple, and everything was filed very quickly. I found myself not needing to negotiate like I typically do because everything they were offering was already plenty fair in my opinion. I will definitely be coming back.

I was very happy with my transaction with BEF. I worked with Scott Halfaker, and although I was his first new car sale, he made sure I was happy with the deal. Scott (with help from Mike Parham) explained everything in detail, and even followed up outside his working hours to make sure all paperwork was completed. His explanation of the new car details upon delivery was thorough, and I appreciated his patience with me. Scott knows his cars! Scott ensured I had a good experience with my new Mustang. Also recognition for Dustin McAfee, who took a potential problem with my special order and made a good experience out of it. Much appreciated!

When I first arrived I was greeted by Steve (salesman) and he had the truck I wanted to test drive ready to go. This was great, because I had driven over an hour to come test drive the truck. From there the process ran fairly smooth. I think what is keeping me from giving the experience a 5 star rating, is a combination of a couple things. First, when the truck was delivered to me the detailing was not good and was bad enough that we had to take it back to the shop and have it done again and still when I got home I detailed it again. I would think this is something you would want to improve on. Second, Steve was good to me, but at a certain point I was handed off to an assistant and Steve never shook my hand when I left or said thank you. Third, I noticed after getting the truck back and spending sometime detailing it that the driver seat cover is unattached at the bottom underneath and its going to have to betaken somewhere to be fixed. Fourth, the finance guy got pushy with the extended warranty. The guy (sorry can't remember his name) was great at first and then when I turned down the warranty options, his demeanor changed. He actually said that he drove a ford and that at 20,000 miles he had to have a new transmission and he was lucky he had the warranty, he then told me that everyone who worked there who bought a car had an extended warranty, he continued with little plugs so much that he almost talked me out of buying the truck because I started to think maybe ford makes junk. Besides these four things it was a fairly good experience and I would come back.
