Great communication from Tyler was the best part. He called and texted me throughout, keeping my informed so I could plan around the much needed repair. I also liked the service diagnostic report being typed up and both texted and emailed for me to read and agree to with a click of a button. Pick up was easy.

I appreciate being able to have the shuttle take me home and bring me back to dealership. My car was in the shop for several hours and being a single person the shuttle provided me with opportunity to go home and take care of chores there instead of sitting for half the day. The customer service agent Tyler Lee was great in helping me out. The shuttle driver was very courteous and helpful.
