Truck was a little bit dirty when I first saw it, and I was there 2.5 hrs. to go through it all, but that's okay. I love my new Ranger. The guys are all really cool! :-)

Even while understaffed, we were greeted at the door, and helped right away. Everyone was extremely friendly and clearly skilled at multitasking, as there were several customers in the showroom, all being helped. Mike, Joel, and Scott made the process of buying our Ford Edge stress-free. Mike even went the extra mile of sending us a document we forgot from our trade-in. We look forward to doing business again with Bill Estes Ford in the future!
