I had been shopping for a new F150 for about a month, but prices were a little high. When Ford announced the "Employee Pricing" program, I began to look a little harder. By my daughter living in Brownsburg, and visiting your dealership my times, you had what I was looking for, and decided to make the call to Zach, your salesman to see if the truck was still available before I drove from Marion. You were able to make me the deal I had in mind before making the trip, and Zach was a pleasure to work with.

I couldn't get the trunk to open and if it did, only part-way up. The service tech took me to the car and explained how to use the remote, which had too many features!! He told me had to get the owners manel and find out how it worked. I was so impressed!

I always go to Bill Estes for my purchasing needs, even though it is 50 minutes away and there are many other Ford dealers much closer to me because they always treat me right, have the best pricing and is a great overall experience.

Salesman Zach had very good product knowledge. Was easy to feel comfortable about buying a vehicle from him. The finance person,Joel was great as well. These individuals are knowledgeable, easy going and confidence inspiring. Both have our highest rating.
