Recently Ford recalled certain 2021 F150s with a windshield adhesive defect. My Bill Estes Ford salesperson called me immediately and arranged a vehicle exchange. During the recall, I was updated on a weekly basis. Bill Estes Ford fought through supply line delays in replacement parts and my new 2021 F150 was returned in a reasonable amount of time.
