The service center is great. They take care of things and get you out in a reasonable time. Ths salespeople on the other hand need some work. I ask if they had a certain vehicle I wanted to look at, the young man said yes and pointed to the other side of the lot. No offer to walk out with me or get the keys. I will stick with their service center but will most likely purchase somewhere else.

They did above and beyond on what they could... That being said i needed a lower control arm is what they said and they quoted between 400-500 $ being a long time customer.. I just felt like they could do better. But i will get it done and then bring it back for an alingment which was one of the things they couldn't complete

I purchased my first dually from bill estes brownsburg.. since then I have acquired two more, and I only get them serviced at this location!!! Tj is the best !!! I never worry about maintenance because I know their service team has our trucks covered!
