Even our finance package was made simple for us to follow and understand. Zac was great when he explained the technology and how to use our Ford Pass app with the radio and iPhone. The service team did a very good job on my car repairs. It would be nice to receive a text message to keep me updated on the repair process and when my car repairs are completed. This is easier than phone calls as I had to call to ask about when the repairs would be completed.

It was a good experience. The Dealership was very nice. Everyone was very friendly. I did however think the car we purchased could have been inspected more thoroughly. The salesman told us they mainly go over safety issues. The car had a severely bad Universal joint which caused a vibration while driving. I replaced all the universal joints upon returning home but to me this was a safety issue. Other than this one issue it was a great purchase. Thanks
