I received a recall on my Explorer for the roof rails, that might detatch. This had happened a few times. I called in to schedule and was told that there would have to be pictures taken and sent to Ford to see if it was covered. Thought that was odd. When I picked up the vehicle, they had replaced both sides,only one had come off previously. Kudos to you Ford!!!
