Billy Dewitt was very caring to assure the experience was well done. All the people we were in contact with were quite helpful and friendly. Darryl was also good with the financials. We are very happy with the Lincoln appearance, comfort and performance after the first 200 miles round trip.

While it took some time to get the part needed for my car from Ford Motor Co. (not Bill Estes Ford's fault) their service on my car was awesome. I am glad I have a reliable place to service my Ford RS as it is a very special car to me.

I went for an oil change. I felt reps were attentive. However, they gave me a form in my paperwork, various things were checked and those were marked "ok" or green. But on the item for brakes there was no indication they were examined for wear. I think this should have been done. As I remember all of my tires were rotated in that visit. I would think the brake pads and rotors would be seen if the tires were removed from the vehicle for rotation.

great service but their was a lot of texting instead of a personal call. I would rather talk to someone directly. Had to fumble thru text to see what service I needed. Also, You texted me the survey at 11pm at night. I was asleep.

I arrived at 7AM and was taken right away for a oil change.30 minutes later I was on my way home. Great job
