I purchased anew Mustang convertible as a surprise gift for my wife. Sean was super in keeping the secret for the 2 months between when it was ordered and delivery. When I took my wife in to pick the car up it seems he had let the entire office team at Bill Estes in on the secret...they all greeted my wife at the door with applause and cell phone pictures. A very memorable experience for both my wife and I. Hats off to Sean and the rest of the team at Bill Estes Ford!

Fast and efficient service. did not have a socket for my tire change, did not get done. Will have to order a part for next service. Price was higher , because of synthrtic oil required, but was not advised of this until check out. I have bought car from dealership and used for service on different vehicles and feel good place for service worh.
