Great experience. The service person was very good at explaining the options. Nice waiting room. The Starbuck's coffee is a very nice tough, IMO. Reasonably priced.

I had gone in for my 40,000 mile check, including my usual oil ck and tire rotation. It was suggested that I have the fuel induction serviced. I had the service, but later I was looking into the recommendations for service. I had none of the indicators listed, which made me wonder if it needed to be done at this point in time at all.

Above and beyond!!!! Bill Estes went out of their way to make sure I had a loaner car while mine was getting a new engine. Tyler kept me up to date on the status of my car during the process and took the time to ensure they did quality work! Tyler also took the time to answer my questions when I picked the car up and he also replaced the battery on my key fab (which wasn't part of the order). I feel confident whenever I take my care to Bill Estes!
