I had had a problem with car not starting and had it jumped. I didn’t want to drive home and possibly not be able to get it started again so I drove to service and they worked me in. I got a new battery. It was the day before Thanksgiving so I appreciate them working me in. It took longer than they told me and since I don’t drive well as light starts to go I was a little anxious when it was well over amount of time they had quoted. They were able to finish just before it went completely dark. I made it home soon after dark. Thank you for working hard to get me out before dark.

My experience was excellent as always. The service was done in a timely manner and was complete. My service writer (Tyler) is always professional but yet friendly and is always to listen to my inquiries and questions. I find this dealership to be great from the sale to the service department. All personnel are professional and caring . The other dealerships in my area, and much closer are impersonal and just seem to want to sale you the truck and move on. I'm glad I made the drive!!

All aspects of this experience were pleasant and professional; from the "Chat Person-Scarlet", the front desk person, the salesman Brian R, the finance mgr, and the tech person. This is why I returned to upgrade my Escape. Kudos to your team.
