I appreciate Marco, Blake and everyone in the service department at Bill Estes. It's comforting to know they keep my vehicle (purchased from Bill Estes) in tip top shape. They are professional and keep me informed throughout services of estimated completion times and costs. I have used the shuttle service in the past, and it is so convenient. I didn't need it this time as they completed brakes and the works service in 2.5 hours. I had a tasty latte in the customer lounge while waiting. They send coupons for discounts and always provide great service at a fair price. Thank you!

I never received any services

Had 2999 coupon for works. Told that coupon did not workWas going to charge me 3999Gave me 10$ creditStill cost me 43$. 13$ worth of taxes fees Labor etc. Way too much. Had appointment @ 750 got done @ 905.My time is valuable to me. Too long to wait for oil change. Not happy!
