The price and service was great.Interaction with staff respectful.It took longer than predicted. 2 days instead of 1.I appreciated the shuttle service.The updates could be more timely.Reaching service department problematic as I got cut off once and on hold for extended periods.

I came in for them to program a new keyfob i got from amozon they could not program it my fualt I tried to save a buck but ended up buying Fords keyfob im happy with my ford experience not with amozon
