They did not fix the air leak from the sun roof for the second time. In addition they said that they rotated the tires but they clearly did not.

Justin was good to work with. He did a good job walking through buying process and also selling on which options would most benefit me/my family. There could have been better communication when notifying me of delays (as opposed to me having to reach out). However Justin/dealership did a commendable job making things right when a car was sent with additional features not requested.

Garrett did a great job and I love my new 4Runner.
