My experience was a delightful journey from start to finish. Coming to my retirement home helped me tremendously. I have a condition in both legs that at times makes them get very swollen. Heat & high humidity makes them swell faster & just getting in the car i can not always manage. My advisor bent over backwards helping answer all my questions. Was there for me throughout the entire process. I thank the dealership for working with him a 2nd time. Every thing went extremely very well. I am totally satisfied.

I purchased my 2023 Venza online. Throughout the entire process Marie Paliganoff, the finance officer, was indispensable. She was knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and outstanding to work with. She made the purchase go smoothly. I ended up flying from Denver, Colorado to purchase my car, and was very happy to get to meet her. She is a real asset to this business. AJ Lundgaard was my salesperson. He picked me up at my hotel and programmed the CarPlay and knew and showed me all about the inner workings of my new (to me) Venza. He was helpful and personable.Question 5 asks me to agree to the Terms of Service and I don't know why. I will say yes because of wanting to share my comments, but am not agreeing to Terms of Service when I don't even know what they are.

I live several hours from Indianapolis so I did most of the negotiating on the phone. The salesman, Randy, was very professional. After arriving at your dealership everything went smoothly and I was on my way home within an hour and a half. Thanks Randy.
