Complementary service on new RAV4 hybrid I arrived on time. My advisor told me it would take about an hour. I waited almost exactly later I was done. As always service was impeccable.In contrast, just took our F150 truck to Tom Wood Ford across the street. For an oil change and tire rotation. This was booked. I waited 3 hours. Will never go back they have lost my business.
