I am a regional manager for a sales-based company, and I often share stories of my buying experiences with my managers and teams. The bad usually outweighs the good ones, and I only have a few outstanding ones to share. This experience is one of the best I have had in some time. I inquired about a new car that I saw online, and was immediately contacted by Ashley. I made an appointment to stop in, and she explained the process for the vehicle. It had not arrived at the dealership but was in transit. I was very confident after our meeting and placed a down payment. The car came in sooner than anticipated. I was contacted, made another appointment, had the deal closed, and drove home in my new car. The process from start to finish was seamless. Ahsley followed up with me to make sure everything was going well with my new car. I appreciate and do business with people I like and people who want to earn my business; these guys did both! I would recommend buying from Bill Estes Toyota, and if you are in the market, ask for Ashley.

I sincerely cant say enough good things about Ashley! We have talked several times over the past 6 months in regards to various options as our families car needs were changing. She has always been very helpful and up front about what she could and couldn’t make happen. She is calm and isn’t pressuring, just informative and willing to answer lots of questions! She always presented us with the best options she could make available based on our framework. At one point we purchased a used car elsewhere due to inventory and she was very understanding about it.We knew she was who we wanted to work with when the time came for me to get a new vehicle. So the week before Christmas she helped me and I am very happy with my Crown Signia!I feel I can reach out for any reason and she’d be happy to help, means a lot with such a big purchase!

Justin was excellent throughout the process, and the vehicle is precisely as ordered. Outstanding overall experience with my first Toyota purchase.

I had the most excellent experience with Estes Toyota. I had stopped in earlier in the year, looking for a specific, used vehicle. AJ met me at the door and was VERY helpful and respectful. There was no pressure and even though we quickly realized Estes did not have the vehicle I wanted AJ was pleasant to work with. I returned months later looking for a new truck. There was AJ. Again, the experience was pleasant and I walked out with a new Tundra. The final deal was worked out with Bryce, and I quickly realized the quality of employees was dealership wide. This was easily the best car buying experience I have ever had, from AJ in sales, to Bryce in closing the deal, to Marie in finance. I will return and would recommend Bill Estes Toyota to anyone.

Our Salesperson and cashier were very personable and very helpful, and both get 5 stars. The dealership gets 1 star, giving overall satisfaction 3 stars. This is because its clear that the policy of the dealership is to sell the Carplay App under the guise of conflating the compulsory registration online with Toyota with the Carplay App, which you later find out that it is a $300/yr subscription. On digging deeper, AT&T offer a pay-as-you-go subscribe/cancel monthly, which is ideal when you might only want Carplay when going on long trips, rather than just going to work and local trips. most of the year. This should be clearly articulated at the point of sale.Second, on checkout the dealership presents the buyer with a 'table mat menu' of insurance options totaling thousands of $. This is terrible policy. The buyer (having just spent $50,000, and everyone (including us) wanting to leave for the day, is then left trying to rapidly figure out what options to add on, without any time to read the terms and conditions. The dealership should offer full coverage of all options for 24 h, and allow the buyer time to carefully consider each option and thoroughly understand the terms and conditions of each option before deciding on which options to buy.
