Justin was good to work with. He did a good job walking through buying process and also selling on which options would most benefit me/my family. There could have been better communication when notifying me of delays (as opposed to me having to reach out). However Justin/dealership did a commendable job making things right when a car was sent with additional features not requested.

Best car buying experience of my life. Ashley Lockwood is wonderful. Bill Estes Toyota is wonderful. I love my 2026 Toyota Camry SE, with a moonroof, in Ocean Gem (or something like that). The price I got on my trade-in was just what I hoped for. The finance manager was excellent. This is my first Toyota, but my husband has had many. If the service department is as good, I will be a very happy Toyota owner.

Purchasing experience was decent. My salesperson Bob McCormick was very helpful and easy to work with. The dealership kept my vehicle to make a repair and 9 days later I still don’t have it.
