The visit from beginning to end was very good

Great! Jacob was patient with us as we navigated finding the right vehicle for us and made the car buying process smooth. Only reason for 4/5 is when doing the financial paperwork, the extended warranty was essentially tacked on without us knowing...it was brought up, but the price of it was never discussed nor did we give our permission to add it. Ultimately it was remedied, we had it removed and re-signed paperwork.

I was in for a 30K service which involved new oil, filter, tire rotation and inspection. My total time there was approaching 2 1/2 hours which seamed exorbitant for the work listed. Now I will admit there were many cars brought in for service that morning. It looked like I was about the 5th car to enter the holding area to check in. However, I had scheduled the visit days in advance so I presumed a quick visit would be in order. One other item. What is the point of doing a tire rotation without balancing the tires prior to installing them in their new positions on the vehicle? I purchased my new Rav4 in 2023 from Bill Estes. My experience has always been positive. Staff has been consistently friendly, helpful and efficient. Tony Ragucci
