Complementary service on new RAV4 hybrid I arrived on time. My advisor told me it would take about an hour. I waited almost exactly later I was done. As always service was impeccable. In contrast, just took our F150 truck to Tom Wood Ford across the street. For an oil change and tire rotation. This was booked. I waited 3 hours. Will never go back they have lost my business.
