Good experience quality care and service..cost more then taking to my garage…went to dealership thinking it was a warranty problem

Adam Ward is great! He always greets us with a smile & communicates clearly about our service appointment. When I ask questions, he is patient with me. My newly acquired my mother’s Sienna (which she bought & serviced at Andy Mohr for probably the last 20 years) but, Adam is such a great asset & brings us back again & again!! We send a huge “high 5” to Adam!

The work was to done in a timely manner, appears to have been competently performed, and a recall was added on and completed. Sami was his usual professional and efficient self. I enjoy interacting with him.
