Good communication with the technician and out for the lil change

The technician did outstanding job the vehicle was out of alignment completely but Sami ( the advisor ) refused to fix it under warranty and when I asked about 12000 mile alignment warranty when I I drove just 8000 from previous service he said this is just paper we give, our alignment warranty is only a week and he made me pay $79.I know there is always bad people give the business bad name other than that the technician did his job I am happy with his service to my Avalon

As a business owner I try to go above and beyond for my customers to inspire loyalty. That said, when I decided to spend over $2000 with Bill Estes to have my windshield replaced instead of $749 for aftermarket, I never would have expected to get a vehicle back that was dirtier then the way I brought it in! Dirty hand prints on the roof, fenders, hood and bumper. And who ever “tried” to clean the windshield failed miserably!!I was NOT impressed
