Adam was very helpful and knowledgeable. He noticed that the price was off for like change service done on a Corolla. He called his service team to double check the pricing was correct. I appreciate his attentiveness. I always have a great experience going to this location for any service.

I was confronted with (2) billing errors that I am convinced had I not addressed after the assessment of the service needed and before the service I approved to be completed was conducted, I would have been over charged. Those services included: 1. A tire rotation($24.95) that had already been confirmed to be free (she asked if I purchased the tires from Bill Estes which I confirmed) within the first 3 minutes of my arrival when meeting the service representative 2. A near ($100) service fee that had no relation to what I was at the scheduled maintenance interval to complete. What was supposed to be ~$65-$67 (oil change) was quoted to me @ ~$180. When I challenged each over charge, the response was “ oh, I can take that off…”. I reserved my frustration for internal commentary while the service representative awkwardly removed the line items. I fear that someone that is less informed about the specials for the month of service, have nerves about confronting someone that is supposed to be more knowledgeable on proving the appropriate services for a vehicle, or simply aren’t paying attention could easily be taken advantage of. I know my spouse would have either called me to make sure if the cost or just accepted the over charge. If I return to Bill Estes Toyota to service my 2019 Toyota Highlander, I will challenge every charge on the service list. My question: Why does it have to be this way? How unfortunate that trust was broken here.
