I tried to schedule service via the Toyota app and it wouldn’t go beyond the second page. I tried on your website but it wouldn’t take my VIN. I tried calling and stupid ai attendant couldn’t understand what service I wanted, which was my 15,000 mile service. Almost ready to go to a different dealership entirely my coworker said try the website again from your PC instead of your phone. Come to find out, you must input all caps on your website for your VIN. You really ought to fix that.The actual service was fine.

Everything is just so easy. They found a nail in my tire and sent me a photo and I just had to approve everything from my phone. Never had to leave the waiting room and just kept listening to my audiobook.

2 hour wait for tire repair. Thai had to return next day with another flat on just repaired tire. They said leak this time was a bad tire valve. Now my tire light won’t stop blinking.

Was greeted timely and was kept informed of my vehicles service status.
