Very nice and thorough

I was in the hospital when the appointment came up for the car, so I had my niece take the car in. I made the appointment and let them know what I needed and ASSUMED there would be no problems. The first time she brought the car in to fix the mirror they didn't have everything they needed, so she had to make another appointment and come back. This time they had the all the parts, just not in the right color. They convinced her it would look just fine, she called me telling me it looked okay so I told her to go ahead. My car is navy and the mirror looks black. It' s doesn't jump out, but it is still very annoying! They saw the car, they knew the color, they knew what to order. They knocked off $80. or so, but to pay nearly $800. for a jacked up job is SO aggravating!
