The service technicians were nice and helpful, but the issue with the noise from the engine compartment was not fixed.

Dropped off the vehicle, met with Briana like normal. Got it back sooner than I expected, and paid less than I had expected. Another A+ experience. It's nice to have a friendly face to work with, and the knowledge that the service will be done right the first time, every time.
