I had a great experience. My brand new Tundra had paint peeling on the grill and they fixed it under warranty without any issues. It looks amazing now good a brand new again!

Emil took great care of me when I brought my car in for a coolant light coming on. There was a TSB (I believe that is what it was called) on my Prius. He informed me about the issue and then told me that the part was back ordered.I was provided with a loaner the entire time they had my car. Which was great as it helped with transportation issues.

My salesman Jason was very communicative and helpful from the start. He held the vehicle for me once I confirmed I was on the road making a four hour drive from out of state. He and the staff were friendly and helped accommodate my 4 month and 2 year old grandchildren as I completed my purchase.I am very happy with my 2011 Volvo XC60. Despite, its age, it has been very well maintained and has proved to be a very reliable vehicle. Bill Estes took special care to ensure the vehicle was clean, had a fresh oil change, new breaks and a new serpentine belt so that I wouldn’t have to worry about any major repairs within a month of driving off the lot.Compared to other dealerships that I had visited leading up to this purchase, the level of attention and care shown at Bill Estes Honda was top notch. It made for a relatively smooth and painless buying process. No buyer’s remorse here!I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle and will definitely consider them when I’m on the market again for my next vehicle.

Great job, although I felt over charged for a $50 misc fee that wasn’t discussed. Also, was charged labor for a serpentine belt that had already been removed as part of the job.I feel as though they double dipped.
