Scheduled an oil change. After one hour I checked on my car to discover it was still in the waiting line. Emil helped me and got the car in. I received a text telling me my water pump was leaking ($633.15), my spark plugs were toast ($337.28), my PVC valve needed replacing ($763.12), my cooling system needed flushed and refilled ($179.95), and inverter coolant replaced ($220.00). All for a total of $2,211.40. I was horrified. When I asked my service consultant, Jared, about the findings he explained that this was a special inspection done at 120,000 miles. He also explained that these repairs would not have been discovered prior as the inspections during regular service did not include these items. I have a trip planned next week and am now forced to come up with the $$ for the repairs. I have used your dealership since 2015. I am gutted.
