I was there 2 and a half hours for an oil change. They do not come and talk to you about additional items, they text you. I feel the service has been going down and now very impersonal. I have brought all my Toyotas to you since I have bought them.. Service has definitely gone downhill.

Emily was great to work with! On the day of pick up, there was a crack in the windshield and they quickly got it in and repaired it free of charge!

I made a last-minute appointment on a Friday morning after running over a bolt. They saw me quickly and knew they did not have the right tire on hand. My associate asked where I got the tire and told me to take it there as it should be under warranty. They also installed my spare tire free of charge. Thank you for taking care of me!
