Why make an appointment and check in and treated like a walk in. Was told that they already had enough vehicles back there.I had to ask for my multi-point inspection.After 60 minutes i was told every 15 minutes that the car is about ready.I am not sure any of my friends would like to sit and wait for two hours for a oil change and engine and cabin filter. I even had a 9Am appointment.

Could add a car wash for the price of oil change.Loved the video that they sent. Liked the fact that they were honest and didn’t try to sell a bunch of extra stuff. Only thing that could have made it better was a free wash like other places offer.

When I called for an appointment, it was set up promptly with the date I wanted. I arrived early and they took my vehicle in immediately. It took approximately the amount of time they quoted me and I was on the road again.Nice dealership. The staff there treated me with respect and repaired the problem quickly.

One of the things I really appreciated was they scheduled an Uber for me to come and pick up my car. I think that is going above and beyond.The service manager and technicians are always welcoming and professional. In my case they handled a difficult problem methodically and with the utmost technical skill.

There were some documents left out on the printer next to the kitchen area. In the corner by the waiting area, there was a spider—dead, I assume. 😊Wi‑Fi wasn’t offered, though I didn’t ask since I had cellular data on my phone.Offered coffee and water. The restrooms were nice, and the staff greeted me with a friendly “Hello.” It was also cool to check out some new Mitsubishi models inside the facility.There is always space for improvement :) I wish Mitsubishi brand is more vigilant.

Our Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV had a difficult to diagnose brake problem and the technician did a great job diagnosing the problem and fixing it. They kept us informed the whole time and sent an Uber to drive me to pick up our car. They made a difficult situation as pleasant as it could be. ThanksThe service manager and technicians are always so helpful and welcoming.

I have already explained any problems that occurred.I have no other feedback.Again, addressed key problem but forgot the rest of the service.The manager and technician were very polite and professional. The technician diagnosed my major problem correctly however did not complete the rest of the service visit which would have been an oil change, tire rotation, and brake check, I guess he was consumed by the major complaint, and forgot the other aspects of the service visit and he did not reset the dash screen for the next service date so the old messages still come up on the dash screen.
