Service was scheduled by parties unknown when vehicle was initially deliveredSeating was in the showroom, no amenities were offered other than seatingSomeone had gone through my glove compartment and opened my owners manual, I thought perhaps that was to fill out the maintenance record but that was not the case.Will take the vehicle to a different retailer to have the tires rotated as this was not completed with my service visit. I do not recommend this dealer, Mitsubishi is an afterthought and not taken seriously

At this time it's nothing to say about improvement. I am a new customer, an I only visit once. But looking forward to getting all my car service needs there.So far great customer service. Staff seems to be adults.

I was repeatedly told oil change & tire rotation were done & they WERE NOT DONE.When we dropped off the vehicle we were NOT expecting to leave the vehicle for A WEEK and it the service NOT DONE.I do not blame the service advisor explicitly, I believe the management is responsible for not having a system in place that would prevent problems like this from happening.I was told services were done only to find out that the services weren't done.I thought that it was clear of the service I wanted to receive, but since I didn't receive those services I realize that there should be some sort of checks & balances.

I did not expect car wash.There was no check out processIt would behoove Bill Knight Mitsubishi to put effort into facility professionalism.I did not drop off my vehicle.

Greeted with a friendly smile and she wash the car before she returned it.Everyone is nice and courteous. The dealership is clean
