Kori in the service department was great. She answered my questions and worked with us well. I appreciate her taking the time to understand and listen to our needs.They did what we asked and didn't try to convince us to do more.

Consistent service

I live in a suburb of Des Moines, IA. I have a son who lives in Jenks, OK. Since I no longer have a Mitusbishi dealer close to me, I was happy to get my Outlander in for the tailgate recall while visiting my son. Very professional place who explained about a couple of issues I should have cared for in the future. Lady said it would be OK to drive back to Iowa. Later that evening, noticed one of my headlights was out. Sure there was a possibility it went out between my appointment time and evening. Glad my son was able to replace both headlights before going back to Iowa.

They do a video that shows everything they are inspecting. I feel a part of the process. They are very customer focused. ILove dealing with Kory!
