My 8 year old daughter had her first filling and even though she couldn't go through with the procedure in the end (she became a bit upset) the staff were fantastic. In particular the dental nurse (Simba) was so fantastically calming for her- proactively helping her get over her fears, and explaining what would happen. Thank you.
