Stop price gouging your customers.Your prices are too expensive. We are getting an outdoor parking space for our boat and trailer in the area for $69 a month. Fully secure, properly graveled, and level. We started renting from you guys in 2022 and within 2 1/2 years our parking lot rent went up $40. With literally no added value. I don’t see properly leveled, gravel, I don’t see any lighting in the evening and it doesn’t look very properly secured. Anyone can climb through the Barbwire fences on the side properties and gain access to everybody’s vehicles.
