Front desk workers didn't make eye contact or even look up from what she was doing u til she gave me the appointment card.

If you have an emergency I would have expected, especially being an existing patient, that I could have been seen without paying a $250 emergency charge. Otherwise I would have had to wait. I believe it was 2 weeks until I can get in. I would assume that many of your patients are so-called" emergencies" and have an immediate need. Related, once I made the appointment for a specified time and had to pay the fee, I did not know that I had to be. "Squeezed in" on that day. I was seen at a reasonable time but having this communicated would have been preferred. Overall, my experience was very, very good and I wouldn't hesitate not to recommend the practice.
