I think a management walk through should have been done in order to prevent issues like these for future residents.We love Birdie!!!!! Theres no ill emotions about the conditions the apartment was in upon move-in. These types of issues can be resolved with a walk thru to ensure future resident have a 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️experience. The property and management are awesome at what you all do.

Jay is an absolute rockstar! He quickly handled my recent filter replacement request and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. He’s always friendly and professional, and it’s great seeing him around the complex—he genuinely checks in with a smile and asks if everything is good.
