The right gate is often broken or difficult to open. I often have to use the left gate and drive out of my way to parking. Inside building could be cleaner.

I was not aware that a simple bulb change would mean installing an entirely new light fixture. That by itself is not an issue, however. The light fixture is above my bathroom counter with toothbrushes, contact lense cases, bags open, etc. I came home to dry wall pebbles on the floor, dry wall dust all over the counter and powder over all the items I listed above, installment kit bags torn open and left on my sink and the floor such as a bag of unused screws and caps. The work order has my number, I was not contacted prior to installment and asked for my input or directions on what to do with all the items that would be affected. Had I been notified and told that this would involve installing a new light fixture, I would have rescheduled so that I could put things away and give space for installation. Instead I came home late at night to a mess in my bathroom and on top of that leftover trash from the installation.

My appt was at 10am on Feb 21. I arrived on time and the office was locked. I tried calling and got an ai assistant. I waited for 20 minutes and no one showed. Did some errands and called back. Went back got tour. This is unacceptable especially given the number of appt reminders I received.
