Not at this time only that your office should keep some type of record for air filter replacement we could not get to the area as the door is locked we noticed an odor several weeks ago but could not find where it was coming from it was stagnant and moldy water being collected in the drip pan underneath the A/C unit it is alot better now that this messy situation is cleaned up thanks

I think a management walk through should have been done in order to prevent issues like these for future residents.We love Birdie!!!!! Theres no ill emotions about the conditions the apartment was in upon move-in. These types of issues can be resolved with a walk thru to ensure future resident have a 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️experience. The property and management are awesome at what you all do.
