I am just not satisfied with this experience, it has stressed me out and I wouldn't recommend you to no one periodI called several times to speak with the General Manager and felt I got the run around. I feel the treatment was unprofessional, disrespectful and poor business practices.Interested rate different, higher than discussed. Wasn't advice to discontinue autopay on trade in, so my account was debited for the trade in, now I have to wait for a refundDidn't give me interest rate we discussed, reviewing the documents it's much higher and i have a 700 plus credit score. I was told 0 rate, I have a 6 somethingIt was alright, I wasn't interested in all that anywayDIspleased and dissatisfied customer

My SUV always runs wonderful after I leave the service department. I’ve never had any trouble with my car and Marcus Tate keeps me up-to-date on all Maintenance scheduling.I have always had a wonderful service there with Marcus Tate asmy service manager. He is very knowledgeable and helpful when service time is needed.
