Everyone was very prompt and I got us a vehicleEveryone is very sweet and willing to go 10 and above to make sure you’re happy and I get you into what vehicle you would like. I love that they work with you and they just all sweet people. I love Mitsubishi and that’s all I really drove and in the future, I still would be purchasing me a Mitsubishi outlander. I love my 2026.

I appreciate Marcus being transparent about my repairs and for keeping me updated on what I need to get done BEFORE it becomes a problem.I always have a pleasant experience when I go to have my car serviced at Bham Mitsubishi. They are upfront and honest about any issues with my car and I trust them with my repairs. The staff is courteous as well.

From the very beginning, he laid out all the necessary and undeniable reasons why investing in my first new car was the right decision.When my car broke down, Glen personally picked me up and brought me to the dealership. That alone spoke volumes. After a few conversations and a lot of patience, he didn’t just sell me a new car — he helped me shift my mindset. As a parent, I need reliable transportation and peace of mind when it comes to repairs. He helped me realize that sometimes holding on to something old just isn’t worth it, especially when your children depend on you.Glen is definitely someone you want on your team.
