The experience was quick and easy. The representative helping me "Marcus" was very informative and helpful. I had quite a few things serviced which was super quick.Incredible service, Marcus was very informative about what needed to be done at my 30k maintenance schedule. The whole process was smooth and quick as well.

Manager and service manager are great!!! Highly recommendService manger (Marcus) has been outstanding in every way.Advice, work needed, full detail summary of work accomplished.Just back from a 2 week trip. All is well. Great job in service, parts and management.

I received a text message that my car was done, and I called, and it was not. Then I received a call that my car was done, and I showed up, and it was not. I was told it would be twenty minutes, and at the end of twenty minutes, my car was still up on the lift, so I arranged my own transportation back to work. Then when I recieved a third notification my car was done I arrived and while the car was done the cost was way over what the quoted price was.You can never tell where to park when you arrive. There are very few spots for customers.I received a quote from one service manager, and then another service manager did the work and came back with a different price. When I explained that I was quoted a different price, the present service manager just called the other service manager on the phone and handed the phone to me. The service manager who gave me the quote said he must have been confused and talked too fast. It was a classic bait-and-switch.Whenever I use the online portal to schedule, the service manager claims he can't see it in his system. When I call to schedule with the service manager over the phone and arrive at my appointed time, I'm still treated like no one knows what's going on or that my car was coming in.There is always mass confusion when I come in for a scheduled appointment. No one greets me, I have to stand in the service bay and wait for someone to come and ask me why I am there.

The service team go above and beyond to address my concerns whether big or small. They keep me informed on the status of my service visit and make sure my vehicle is in good condition.
