My dash had a warning 🔧 light on it that was not there before and it only had over 36,000 milesRespond to the information I provided and I would not have gotten a text stating being apologetic about me missing my appointmentNo one asked if I’ve ever had service with them before . I did mention that I had an appointment and that I had arrived an hour and 30 minutes early
