I had looked online and found a vehicle that I really was interested in at Mitsubishi in Birmingham. I went and looked at the vehicle. They did not have what I was looking for on site and I was leaving the next day to go out of town. It was really wanting to get the new vehicle before I left. They went above and beyond and found me one in Mobile Alabama and had it driven up to me that night so I could pick it up before we left for our trip that day I think that is super customer, friendly and appreciated their help with that so so muchI would recommend Mitsubishi Birmingham to anybody that was looking for a non-pushy sales that gets them what they wantI love Mitsubishi motors. Their sales people are very sweet very knowledgeable and helped me pick up the vehicle that I was looking for in a very short time.

Again, I requested a used car inspection, and they were just not sure if one had been completed. I have to schedule one somewhere else now. I was in hopes that since the used car I bought for my daughter was a Mitsubishi service department that they would know the car the best.

It was a very confusing day at this dealership, with 2 mechanics out that day. I had to drive 100 miles for this service to be performed. Why, because there is no Mitsubishi dealer in the mid section of Alabama, only ones available are either in Florence, Mobile, Huntsville, or Birmingham. There use to be one in Montgomery but it had closed. Mitsubishi has a good product but it is very hard to find quality service for my Mirage. I will continue to use Birmingham, but wish more dealerships would become available.The dealership did everything it could to make my experience a good one, seeing that they had 2 mechanics out for the day. Markus finally took the bull by the horns and saw to it that our service was completed.It was a very confusing day at this dealership. Two mechanics called in sick, so everything was backed up.It seemed to be a very confusing day, at the dealership.
