Facility need more space for customer parking.. Phev charging station for vehicle not present. Great dealership but needs more space for vehicle to choose from.No charge on PHEV vehicles. Would love to test drive it and feel the difference between the gas but never had a chance. All Phev vehicles are not charged.Need Phev charging station. Could have bought a PHEV vehicle if it was charged up and had a chance to test drive it but instead bought a gas vehicle.All in all, based on our absolutely wonderful experience, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend Blasius Mitsubishi to anyone looking for a new Mitsubishi. Your whole team, especially Rachel and Carman, truly knocked it out of the park with their amazing customer service and made buying a car feel genuinely pleasant and exciting. Keep up the fantastic work!

Not all features are explained to me, such as the emergency kit under the third row, headlight washer feature, and I only received one key, and the vehicle had 3/4 of a tank of gas.

overall everything was great....but since they are a new dealership for mitsubishi they did not have all the trim models for the outlander PHEV, which I wish I could have seen....was impressed by how pleasant and knowlegeable everyone was from the sales associate to the business manager. I really love my new outlander PHEV

You guys are pretty good. Maybe lay out all offers upfront like oil changes, discounts like family discounts, and other details clearly during the conversations.I was wish for more of a comparison but it was fine.Our car had to come, but they were effeceinet in their updates.
