This was my dream apartment and even with the things I would want to change.

Staff were great. Generator mishaps interfered with my work and I was growing dissatisfied with the downtown area. Would still be a great location if I wanted to live downtown.

Absolute disrespect and no understanding from the staff and especially from Elena while undergoing recovery from a severe open splenectomy due to sepsis and mono during the awful unplanned power outages. Completely insufficient concessions offered. Towed due to a system error on VPP’s part and received the opposite of support from the leasing office, and had to go through over 20 hours of work to get a full refund from the towing company. And y’all sent me a cease and desist for leaving bad reviews and for helping residents communicate with each other. Would not recommend this community or any other Fairfield property to anyone. Also, I reported Elena’s disrespect to management and asked for an apology and never received one.

Great management, location

Great maintenance team, management very responsive to simple/small issues and easy fixes Dirty common areas with outdated designs, pest control that does not work well enough, unsupportive management regarding major and significant needs and issues, residents have no advocate. EXTREME noise and zero compensation or concern

Loading dock is blocked due to construction no easy alternative provided. Power outage scheduled on our move our date asked if it could me moved and was told no.

The apartment was nice but I was told that I would have a door from the bedroom to the balcony which was not the case. The walls were thin in the apartment and I could hear my neighbors arguing.

Living here was fine, location is great. management change has some ups and downs but nothing that couldn’t be improved.

Great service and support

The staff at Block 334 especially Blake Carter. He was always smiling with great energy and helpful for any issue I had. He helped me resign 2 additional leases. He is a tremendous asset to the property, company and the residences. My only complaint about the community is the gate system. It was broken very often creating quiet and inconvenience on more times than I’d like to mention. The entire system needs to be scraped and a new system put in place to make this community functional.
