The Office Team is always friendly and Accommodating! They also have a multitude of events and it's a great place to call "HOME'.

Cindy was amazing. I toured many apartments and she’s been the best agent. I felt educated about what to expect if I was a resident . She was very hospitable and good at her job without being “salesy” even though that is her job. She got me convinced that I’d love living there naturally.

I had a pleasant experience during my tour the only downside, was the unit that best suited my needs was previously leased. I would circle back the community of a top floor with a better view come available.

Block 334 is a solid community in a vibrant Houston spot—modern amenities, clean grounds, and friendly neighbors make it a great place to call home. The on-site staff are absolute rockstars: responsive, helpful, and always going the extra mile to make residents feel valued.That said, my frustrations stem almost entirely from the management company cutting corners on upkeep. Elevators break down weekly, leaving us trekking stairs in a high-rise—it’s unreliable and frustrating. My balcony leaks like a sieve during windy storms, pooling water everywhere despite multiple reports. And parking? A nightmare if you don’t have a full-time registered vehicle; guest spots fill up fast, and enforcement is spotty, leading to towing threats for legit short-term needs.Love the vibe here, but management needs to invest more in maintenance to match the staff’s excellence. Worth it for the location, but fix the basics!
