The tour guide wasn’t very friendly . She acted as if she didn’t want to give the tour , I loved the floor plan and the complex as a whole but I was a bit put off by the guides energy .

Staff were great. Generator mishaps interfered with my work and I was growing dissatisfied with the downtown area. Would still be a great location if I wanted to live downtown.

Absolute disrespect and no understanding from the staff and especially from Elena while undergoing recovery from a severe open splenectomy due to sepsis and mono during the awful unplanned power outages. Completely insufficient concessions offered. Towed due to a system error on VPP’s part and received the opposite of support from the leasing office, and had to go through over 20 hours of work to get a full refund from the towing company. And y’all sent me a cease and desist for leaving bad reviews and for helping residents communicate with each other. Would not recommend this community or any other Fairfield property to anyone.Also, I reported Elena’s disrespect to management and asked for an apology and never received one.

Great maintenance team, management very responsive to simple/small issues and easy fixesDirty common areas with outdated designs, pest control that does not work well enough, unsupportive management regarding major and significant needs and issues, residents have no advocate. EXTREME noise and zero compensation or concern

Cindy was amazing. She had such a warm inviting personality. She helped me with my application because I was getting a little confused about what the website wanted me to do.

This is the worst experience in an apartment I have ever had. The hallways are constantly dirty, the stairs are covered in dog pee and trash. The power outages we have once a week cause the doors to be unable to lock which allows homeless people to enter. The “security” at the front sits at the desk the entire time on their phone. The packages room is constantly a wreck with things getting stolen. The gates to enter the parking garage barely work, which also allows homeless people/anyone to enter the garage. It’s not only gross but it is unsafe living here.

Answered all our complex questions and didn't rush us and allowed us to see the unit one more time
