Cindy was kind, knowledgeable, and spent time with us knowing our concerns. She also took several phone calls from us once we left.

The leasing agent was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable.

The assistant property manager is very rude! Cindy was great very respectful and helpful.

Ayanna was the best leasing associate that any one could ask for. She sold me on the amenities, was very kind and patient and made sure that i got a unit that was perfect for me. 10/10

The tour guide wasn’t very friendly . She acted as if she didn’t want to give the tour , I loved the floor plan and the complex as a whole but I was a bit put off by the guides energy .

Staff were great. Generator mishaps interfered with my work and I was growing dissatisfied with the downtown area. Would still be a great location if I wanted to live downtown.

Absolute disrespect and no understanding from the staff and especially from Elena while undergoing recovery from a severe open splenectomy due to sepsis and mono during the awful unplanned power outages. Completely insufficient concessions offered. Towed due to a system error on VPP’s part and received the opposite of support from the leasing office, and had to go through over 20 hours of work to get a full refund from the towing company. And y’all sent me a cease and desist for leaving bad reviews and for helping residents communicate with each other. Would not recommend this community or any other Fairfield property to anyone.Also, I reported Elena’s disrespect to management and asked for an apology and never received one.
