The property is well taken care of and the floorplans are very practical.

Loading dock is blocked due to construction no easy alternative provided. Power outage scheduled on our move our date asked if it could me moved and was told no.

Management has been great. Work orders are completed very efficiently and timely ! I just wish the carpet was cleaner , there weren’t power out

I moved in in 2022, and the place has gone straight downhill since then. The place is dirty often—trash in the hallways and dirty elevators. The front office is hardly present. Any time I have tried to call the front office I get redirected to a call center. My AC was out for a month a couple months ago. Don’t even get me started with the power and mismanagement and incompetence that has accompanied that. I will not be resigning and will be moving out as soon as my lease is over. Had I had a chance to attend the impromptu community meeting to make us aware of this intolerable power/foundation situation, I would’ve left sooner. Management and leadership has failed the residents here badly.

Frequent power outages in the community. Emergency line is useless, they can't help you with anything and only sends your message to leasing that will never reach back to you

Evan, I think his name is, was incredibly sweet and full of charm. We giggled a ton and he answered all of my questions. Superb customer service. The community is clean and smells good.

I recently applied and I uploaded my snap statements and I also uploaded my job offer letter because I just started a new job and the lease agent wanted to give me a hard time because I’ve had to let them know if I wanted the job by the 10th I don’t know so many different she says discrepancies when all she had to do was contact my job. She also said well it’s a trucking business but the business address is to his house ma’am that’s not illegal. He owns a trucking business. his truck is parked at his house. I’m going to reach out to corporate and if I have to, I’ll even do a lawsuit they have me pay off my collections and everything. I’m just waiting to hear back from them now.

The community is nice. But it’s not as clean as I remember when I first moved in 4 years ago. There are pet stains and garbage smells throughout the hallways/stairwells/elevators. The neighbors above me sound like they’re stomping on the floors every day from 4AM until whenever they decide to stop. There is also a weird smell throughout the building. And the power and water issues have severely impacted my overall quality of life here. I also had a $600 water bill that management would not work with me on even after I explained there was an issue with a leak as well as my toilet. Not to mention, my walls have been stained multiple times from leaks in the unit above me. The garage floods and smells like fish when it rains. These are just a few of my issues and my opinion. I pray things get better before my lease ends in June or I will not be renewing.
