This is the worst experience in an apartment I have ever had. The hallways are constantly dirty, the stairs are covered in dog pee and trash. The power outages we have once a week cause the doors to be unable to lock which allows homeless people to enter. The “security” at the front sits at the desk the entire time on their phone. The packages room is constantly a wreck with things getting stolen. The gates to enter the parking garage barely work, which also allows homeless people/anyone to enter the garage. It’s not only gross but it is unsafe living here.

Loading dock is blocked due to construction no easy alternative provided. Power outage scheduled on our move our date asked if it could me moved and was told no.

I moved in in 2022, and the place has gone straight downhill since then. The place is dirty often—trash in the hallways and dirty elevators. The front office is hardly present. Any time I have tried to call the front office I get redirected to a call center. My AC was out for a month a couple months ago. Don’t even get me started with the power and mismanagement and incompetence that has accompanied that. I will not be resigning and will be moving out as soon as my lease is over. Had I had a chance to attend the impromptu community meeting to make us aware of this intolerable power/foundation situation, I would’ve left sooner. Management and leadership has failed the residents here badly.
