A knowledgeable and friendly consultant, good community, a relatively new complex

The tour guide was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable about the community. She answered all my questions, took down my information, and gave me free vitamin water. I think her name was Eleana… maybe.

Alexis was wonderful and gave us a great tour of the property and of an apartment, she was able to answer all of our questions and address our concerns.

Living here was fine, location is great. management change has some ups and downs but nothing that couldn’t be improved.

Great service and support

The staff at Block 334 especially Blake Carter. He was always smiling with great energy and helpful for any issue I had. He helped me resign 2 additional leases. He is a tremendous asset to the property, company and the residences.My only complaint about the community is the gate system. It was broken very often creating quiet and inconvenience on more times than I’d like to mention. The entire system needs to be scraped and a new system put in place to make this community functional.

I haven't received my refund yet so I can’t answer that question. Hopefully here soon I will have some feedback
